Wide Belt Sanding

Efficiently flatten and sand your project with our 37" Wide Belt Sander. Get professional results for $3 per minute with a $30 minimum. Because the belt oscillates back and forth, project width should not exceed 35" wide.

Any epoxy panel where more than roughly 5% of the project is epoxy fill will be subject to an additional $40 charge to cover the cost of the sanding belt due to increased wear.

Example 1: 30 minutes with an epoxy river panel would 30 min x $3/minute = $90 + $40 belt = $130 Session

Example 2: 15 minutes with end grain cutting boards would be $3/minute x 15 minutes =$45 session.

Example 3: 8 minutes to sand a board from 7/8" to 3/4" = 8 minutes x $3/minute = $24, therefore $30 session for minimum applies.
